Is monthly support included in setup pricing?
Setup and development fees are one-time costs. Ongoing maintenance is separate unless explicitly included. WhatsApp maintenance starts at ₹1,000–₹3,000 per month depending on agreed updates, monitoring and support hours.
Do Meta ads packages include my advertising budget?
No. The package covers Nexa’s management and agreed static creative work. Your advertising budget is separate, approved before launch and paid directly to Meta from your own ad account.
What do you need to start?
We begin after the scope is approved, the agreed advance is paid and required assets and authorised access are available. Missing content or approvals can move the delivery date.
Do you guarantee leads, sales or account recovery?
We commit to delivering the agreed work and reporting available data clearly. Advertising outcomes, follower growth, viral reach, account approvals and reinstatement depend on factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.
